For cancellations received before 15 days or less – No refund.
For cancellations received 21 days to 16 days - 50% will be refunded.
For cancellations received 30 days to 22 days - 75% will be refunded.
No refund for cancellation on bookings from 15 December to 15 January.
No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
Bookings confirmed on Discounted Rate will be considered as a non-refundable booking.
The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation for the cancellation of flight / ferry.
The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation due to guest missing flight / ferry and will be charged full retention.
The Hotel is not Liable for cancellation of reservation due to climatic changes.
In case the guest has an International bank account, and then any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer.
Any Govt. policy, duties & taxes add or deduct at the time of occupancy the same would be charged accordingly over and above the Room Tariff/ F&B/Other Services.
No Check In will be given to Foreigner, NRI or POI without Valid Passport, Visa & RAP.
In the event of any dispute, the dispute shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the property in Andaman and the matter shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Port Blair Courts only.

Reservations are held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off period/date after which they are automatically released unless payment is received.
Reservations will be confirmed only after 50% payment in advance.
Rates are subject to change without prior intimation.
Any Hikes in Govt. Taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room / meal rates.
Rate and Hotel/Resort policy is subject to change at any time as per Management discretion.
Check in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
